The Raydin Product Sustainability Rating Criteria rates our home decor and essential products on a scale ranging from A-Grade, B-Grade, and C-Grade. Letter A is what we consider to be most sustainable for the environment, and letter C is considered to be the least sustainable. This is a basic criterion showcasing more transparency of Raydin products and what their materials mean from a sustainability perspective.
Our Sustainability Rating Criteria only takes into consideration the materials from which the products are made of. This information comes directly from our suppliers. Since the rating criteria is general compared to more advanced metrics, this A, B, and C scale serves as a start to more transparent reporting. Additionally, for each product listed on the Raydin website, there is a description of why that particular product has been listed in that letter grade category. Each product is unique from another in how sustainability applies, and that is taken into consideration for the individual scoring. Therefore, for each different product category, we have a list of considerations that are used to more accurately determine an individual product's sustainability grade criteria. For more information on product sustainability scoring, please contact us.
We look forward to expanding our score metrics and advancing our products to best achieve excellent sustainability. This basic scoring metric is a first step. We aspire to have more detailed reporting on our home decor and use our scoring to serve as a standard when sourcing the best products for your home. As a result of publicly sharing our metrics, we’ve updated our mission and vision.
