Unless mentioned otherwise in the product description, we are able to accept returns on items within 14 days of when your item is delivered. You can check your item return eligibility here.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
This may be feasible depending on what you ordered and when you contact customer service. If it is not feasible, we will work with you to return your item as soon as you receive it. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you with order cancellation.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Is there a physical store?
Raydin does not currently have any physical store locations.

Is there international shipping?
Currently, shipping is only offered to the United States. This includes the 50 states and the District of Columbia, other U.S territories are not currently eligible. However, global shipping is definitely a priority. So make sure to keep track of us as we grow. Be sure to subscribe to emails and follow us on social media so you'll know when Raydin starts shipping to your country!
