What is your return policy

After your item is delivered, you are given 14 days to return the item. If you decide to return your order, first email contact@raydin.store. In this email include photos of the item and the reason for the return.

What types of products do you offer

Raydin offers a wide selection of items ranging from decor to home essentials. This includes any item that aesthetically complements a living space or items that serve as a household necessity. More items are being added every single month! To stay up to date you can sign up for the newsletter!

Do you offer international shipping

Currently, shipping is only offered to the United States. This includes the 50 states and the District of Columbia, other U.S territories are not currently eligible. However, global shipping is definitely a priority. So make sure to keep track of us as we grow. Be sure to subscribe to emails and follow us on social media so you'll know when Raydin starts shipping to your country!

Can I cancel my order after placing it

This may be feasible depending on what you ordered and when you contacted customer service. If it is not feasible, we will work with you to return your item as soon as you receive it. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you with order cancellation.

How can I contact your customer support

What is the estimated delivery time for orders

The delivery time varies depending on the product. The average delivery time is 13 days. You can click a product of your choice and the estimated delivery dates will appear under the product name.

At checkout, your order will also have an estimate of when to expect the products. However, all products should arrive within 20 days or sooner from when you placed the order. Please account for delays during the United States holidays, that could be a reason why a package is arriving later. If the product is not delivered within 20 days please contact us.

Is there a physical store

Raydin does not currently have any physical store locations.
